Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable recurring subscription fees to your designated payment method.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your password secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to do any of the following:

Commercial Use: The Service is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not sell, rent, or sublicense any content from the Service.
Intellectual Property: Do not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content (stories, comments, site design, etc.) without explicit permission from Arastellar.
System Integrity: Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service. This includes scraping, reverse-engineering, or bypassing any measures we employ to secure the Service.
Illegal/Harmful Activity: Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to post any content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or abuse. On termination, your access to paid content will end.

“As Is” Basis: The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arastellar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service.
