1. Subscription billing & cancellations
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the subscription period (monthly) unless you cancel before the next billing date.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account profile or by contacting support at contactarastellar@gmail.com. Cancelling stops future renewals, it does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period.
- If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. Your access to the paid reading content, features, and services will continue until the end of your current paid subscription period.
2. Refund eligibility
Arastellar provides access to serialised digital fiction via a paid subscription. Because our service delivers digital content instantly and continuously, we do not offer refunds except as described below:
- Technical failure that prevented access and that we were unable to resolve within a reasonable period; or
- Duplicate charges or clear billing errors; or
- Where required by law or payment provider rules.
To request a refund based on an exception, contact us at contactarastellar@gmail.comΒ with your account details and order information within 5 days of the alleged technical issue or error charge. We may ask for proof (screenshots, order number). Refunds are assessed case-by-case and granted at our discretion.
3. Refund processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times and the exact method depend on the payment processor. You may see the refunded amount reflect in your payment method in 15-20 days.
